I am passionate about health and wellbeing and believe strongly in the value of alternative therapies alongside modern healthcare. My goal is to empower clients to take an active role in their healing journey, combining hands-on treatment with education and lifestyle support.

A Bit About Me

I am deeply passionate about health and alternative therapies, with a strong belief in the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support. My professional journey began in Thailand, where I studied Physiotherapy at university and completed a two-year internship. During this time, I also had the opportunity to study Herbal Medicine and Traditional Thai Massage, which broadened my understanding of holistic health.

After moving to Australia, I worked in a Thai massage practice, but soon realised that my true calling was not just in routine massage, but in using my physiotherapy and Thai massage knowledge to genuinely help people with their health needs. Along the way, I also explored studies in Laboratory Technology, but I felt strongly drawn back to health services—where my passion truly lies.

Now, as I study Remedial Massage in Australia, I feel a renewed sense of purpose. This path reminds me of my early days in physiotherapy—assessing, supporting, and helping people recover and prevent injury. I thrive when clients seek my opinion about their health and I can provide guidance that improves their wellbeing. To me, this is just the beginning of a lifelong journey of learning, healing, and helping others live healthier, more balanced lives.
